Funny that all of a sudden all these "5 star reviews" are coming in on the same days that all sound exactly the same. If you can stomach reading them, they all talk about product longevity, passing them down as 'heirlooms', and versatility of wear—all things their marketing team overhype on their bland ads.She claims to have 20,000 sales yet only 80-odd reviews on the website, all of them positive...yet all the negative reviews found on Facebook, Trustpilot and Reddit didn't make it to the website? The owner deletes bad reviews from her website and floods TrustPilot with fake 5 star reviews.I had a terrible experience myself. Customer service is bad and the owner is very condescending, argumentative and rude. Pearl quality is average and the metals tarnish quickly. She is delusional and thinks her product is amazing quality-just look at the prices she charges for flash plated metal and glued pearls. They expect you to pay for returns, pay a restocking fee (!!!) and you can ONLY receive store credit to purchase more of their cheap junk.!!! AVOID THIS BRAND !!! v expensive mistake for me.
