Paid £43 each for two 2 day tests to The Travel Visa Company. The tests were sent from another company and invoice value was £14.99 each. You may think that the additional £28.01 was for support from TVC. This is not the case. Couldn’t register the tests online. Tried contacting TVC, first by phone then by email. It has taken them 3 weeks and a total of 3 emails to respond. And then only because I was requesting a refund (denied). A total waste of money.Dec 2021 update. After intervention from Mercury Holidays (Who recommend TVC) I was contacted by a representative of TVC. He explained that they had been very busy during this period which is why the service I received was below par. He said he would refund monies paid and follow up with an explanatory email. Still no email but the cost of the two tests have been refunded. Still wouldn’t recommend this company. Stay clear.
