My experience with TTC's Jim was great! I had a driver awareness course as I had been caught speeding not too long before. I was worried about the course as I was not sure how it would go but Jim made it a fun and interesting learning experience that made sure everyone was involved while not taking away from the professionalism as it is a very serious meeting overall. Thanks a lot to him!
