Swift and efficient delivery, all items well wrapped and presented. Purchase online was a reasonably easy experience too - always a bonus. We knew what we were looking for too after window shopping at the shop, can't wait to get back in to browse! - its still so much better than online shopping when you can see the actual goods to weigh them up :-)
