In my opinion, the communication from the hosts is good and timely. The popups are extremely annoying most of the time. I will say, however, as a 5 figure player the comps and bonuses leave a LOT to be desired. So much so that I have found another site that shows much more appreciation for the patronage of big players.
Signed up for Lunaland Casino specifically because they were one of the few social casinos that offered the crash chicken game. Made a small deposit to test my luck and the game refused to load. Tried all the other crash games they offered and it was the same result. None of them would load. Cleared my cache, tried 2 different browsers, the app, logged out then back in, did a software update- same problem. Contacted support and was told my complaint was being escalated and would be tended to within 24- 48 hours. Asked for a refund since that was the only reason I deposited on their site just to be told id have to wait til a supervisor looked into my issue and told that they would then offer some sort of resolution. Pretty bogus first impression. Won't be returning
