I’m 44 years old had a double ACL on the left knee including a bone graft some 20 years ago now. May last year I herniated a disc in my lower back so pretty much put myself on the scrap heap.. After listening to the Peter Crouch Podcast I thought Hal’s knee sounded just like mine so let’s give it a go got nothing to loose even if I was pessimistic!! I started the shots July along with my rehab and cutting a long story short I’ve been able to now train pretty much pain free amazingly and I’m three months out of running the London Marathon for charity in memory of family members.
