Previously, I have ordered Ceylon Orange Pekoe UVA and it was excellent. I ordered in bulk the next time. I received gunpowder tea instead of the Ceylon. Despite sending pictures of the leaf to prove the order was wrong, I have had no reply from the sales department. After sales is poor. I will not order from them again.
