Howard is the best coach!! In October 2024 I couldn’t run 5km without stopping. In September 2025 I ran my first ultramarathon. I would not have been able to do this without Howard. As a newbie to running, I have learned so much from him. From the importance of speed work, and slow long runs to strength and nutrition. Howard provides a detailed weekly plan with a balance of running and strength training, basing it around my busy work and life schedule. Whether this is in the lead up to races or maintenance fitness when I don’t have anything booked. He regularly checks in with me and we have monthly calls to go over the plan and to answer any questions I have. Thanks so much Howard! Excited for the next year of running and pushing myself!!
