Howard is a fantastic coach who I highly recommend. Over the past couple I’ve finally managed to get some speed back over the last couple of years over shorter distances with Howard helping me to rethink the way that I train, recover and also fuel by body both before, during and after running/ racing. Howard is available to amend my training plan around balancing my busy life/ and a stressful job and also whilst managing a health condition. He also always manages to make me feel better when I am being harsh on myself for a session or race not going quite to plan!
