Sessions are well planned & the explanations are clear. The daily feedback you get is great to keep you on track & the monthly 1:1 sessions are really useful as you can also discuss nutrition & specific race prep. Howard is approachable & quick to reply if you have questions, queries or need a session changing. In the time I have been working with Howard I feel fitter & much more prepared to do the longer distance races I have signed up to.
