I really love the product here. However they use Evri delivery service which did not deliver my package, and when I asked for a new package to be sent out, there was much resistance in doing so. I also am now waiting for the new package, which I believe is lost as the website tracking shows it should be delivered a week ago, and no update. Customer service again has been reluctant to believe that Evri is an issue, and I'm quite annoyed with having to chase about my package, when it is wildly known how terrible Evri is. It's been a month and I still don't have my package and continue to have to chase customer service. This has been such a hassle and stressful for, and really had no apology (just told be be patient) or anything useful to help redeem the situation. It was a big order, so it's unacceptable to be out of the money with no products in my hand. I think brands need to be more accepting that Evri is not a great service, packages DO get lost, and the pressure should not be on customers to be patient.
