DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY. I ordered a heartfelt necklace intended for my wife, which was supposed to arrive in a special box. Instead, it came in a simple plastic bag without the meaningful packaging. Contacting the support team via their phone number has been impossible, as it seems to be out of service. Email responses are also frustratingly slow. When they finally responded, they offered me a 15% discount to keep the item, but it lost its value without the presentation box that made it special. Given the phone issues, I had already initiated a dispute with my bank and successfully received a refund. The item is still with me, but since the seller sent the wrong item, they should cover the return shipping. However, the return address is in another country, contrary to what was stated on their website, and they expect me to pay for it. That won't happen. I refuse to pay anything. According to consumer rights regulations, they are obligated to provide a return label with tracking at their expense. This will be interesting, as I intend to make it costly for them. They will need to cover a tracked courier service, and they won’t receive the item back until they do. They picked the wrong person. Additionally, they are not listed on the official business registry. Scammers. Unfeeling.
