I attended Unmasked Man Retreat Level 1 in February 2026 in Dorset, and as this was my first ever men’s retreat, I honestly did not know what to expect. What I experienced was absolutely mind-blowing and far beyond anything I could have imagined.The work was deep, challenging, and at times confronting, but also incredibly powerful. It felt like the kind of experience that has the potential to be truly life-changing if you are willing to show up fully and do the work.The setting in Dorset was beautiful, which created the perfect space for reflection and transformation. The food was wonderful, the facilitators were exceptional, and the sense of true brotherhood throughout the retreat was something very special. There was a real feeling of safety, support, and authenticity that made it possible to open up in a way I never expected.I left with a huge sense of gratitude and respect for everyone involved. For any man considering this retreat, I can say it exceeded all my expectations and offered something profoundly meaningful.
