This is more than just a retreat. This men's work is beyond powerful and I left Level 1 an entirely different man. Alexander and his team of facilitating wizards Josh, Kieran, Tom and Selim are true masters in holding a safe, loving, confidential and empowering space. With their help, I was able to overcome my anxiety, trust myself, face some of my darkest demons and leave a much lighter and confident man. The brotherhood forged with the other men in the space is unique and I wish every man could experience this feeling and work. Shoutout to Max and the Kitchen Kings Brandon, Rob and James who not only cooked up banquets fit for a king but created a special container with their music, listening and love. I can't wait for my next UM event!

We create courageous spaces for men to be real. These are opportunities for men to open up and express their full emotions - every aspect of them, and you, is welcome.
We facilitate retreats, workshops, online circles and bespoke leadership programmes. In these containers of brotherhood one can experience harmonious interactions with other men, connecting beyond the conditioned masks - facing one’s fears head on, letting go of what no longer serves and courageously exploring and practising what it means to be a wholesome, evolved modern-day man.
