The strain of societal, relational and work expectations, can cage us within our thinking mind and not in our centred heart space which is where our truth resides.The Unmasked Man has given me the tools I needed to not just recognise this, but compassionately bring myself back to a place of grounded stillness within.All men need this work. They believe the world is waking up to the need for a more harmonious state of masculinity; one that is stronger by being authentic, vulnerable and open to emotion.
What are we doing about it…
We create courageous spaces for men to be real. These are opportunities for men to open up and express their full emotions - every aspect of them, and you, is welcome.
We facilitate retreats, workshops, online circles and bespoke leadership programmes. In these containers of brotherhood one can experience harmonious interactions with other men, connecting beyond the conditioned masks - facing one’s fears head on, letting go of what no longer serves and courageously exploring and practising what it means to be a wholesome, evolved modern-day man.
