The product was effective at first, providing some relief for my feet. Sadly, after just a year, it has stopped functioning well. The battery life has diminished, and it barely holds a charge now. I attempted to reach out to the support team, but their assistance was minimal. They did respond, which is a plus, but it’s quite pricey for a product that lasts only a year.
