I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before purchasing this TENS machine.
I purchased this unit in 2024 and used it only sparingly. Unfortunately, it stopped working just outside the 1‑year warranty period. Given the limited usage and the $ price point, this was disappointing. I expected a product of this cost to last longer than it did.
I contacted Vibit for support and followed all of their troubleshooting suggestions, but none resolved the issue. I was advised that the product was out of warranty and offered a nominal discount to repurchase. While I appreciate the response, I chose not to buy another unit, as I can’t be confident the same problem wouldn’t occur again.
This may simply be an unfortunate experience, but for me, the significant amount spent on a product that didn’t last long with minimal use means I can’t personally recommend this TENS machine.
