The outdoor areas are beautiful and picturesque, straight out of a magazine. The neighboring property staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. If beauty and an authentic experience are your criteria, this place is perfect. What prevents it from being a five-star experience? No self-access laundry, which is surprising for such a high-end property. The pool is lovely but quite chilly, making it hard to relax in comfortably. The air conditioning works but barely keeps up; fans in every room are essential. Also, for this price range, comfortable beds should be a priority; the second and third beds were particularly hard.
