Really disappointing experience.

Previously had a good experience of this company when I ordered a gift for Fathers Day in June but my opinion has changed significantly after my experience this week.I placed an order on December 13th and paid extra for a specific delivery date of December 20th. However come December 20th the parcel never arrived. When I phoned the company they checked and confirmed it would now come on December 21st. One issue, I had taken they day off work to have several deliveries and am at work tomorrow during the day so wont be home to take delivery.When I contacted the customer service team they were rather unhelpful and all they seemed to want to do was apologise rather than actually help. I then asked if I could change the delivery address to my parents house where I would be for Christmas. They said this would be possible but only after they delivery company (Parcelforce) had failed to deliver it on the 21st.They then even had the cheek to try and charge me for delivery to a new address which I only managed to get waived after speaking to a manager. Suffice to say it now looks like I won't have the present in time for Christmas.
