Ordered a bottle of Gin Mare for a present which was showing in stock. Three days later after not receiving a dispatch email I emailed asking when it would be sent out only to be told it was out of stock. I then rang customer services who were utterly useless, no apology and I was told it's not there problem as their supplier was out of stock. Not happy and I will never use again. Oh and to top it off it will take a week for them to make a refund to my card.
