Do not purchase anything online from this company. If you need to return anything there is a charge of £3.50. This is bad enough however despite asking for the no print EVRI ,option. I open the link in store to find it requires a printer. I go on to speak to their customer services chat. A gentleman called Maqhab not in the UK his responses were very slow.i spent 20 minutes outside a shop waiting for him to send me the same code again. I had to send him a picture of what a QR code looked like. He did eventually send me one but for the post office! I eventually gave up and rang and fortunately got through to someone in England and got the QR code. So to sum up, this premium brand experience consisted of paying for my return, incompetence in issuing me a label, an online chat with someone in a far off country and then a phone call to the UK. I’ve had a better experience in Asda!
