I used the will guys through a work scheme which offered a free will writing service.Extra's were quickly added on (mirror will costs) and there was a push to "offer" more services such as pricey digital storage, financial advice and insurances I just didn't need.We wanted to make changes to the will prior to signing and didn't have a great experience with the consultant who wanted to charge us an admin fee + VAT.In hindsight we could have used an online template and done it ourselves (for free).
