I purchased an item from another company back in November which I never received. All of a sudden, the same day I received notification that I have an account with "Woofsy" and that they've already charged my account several times. I reached out immediately to have this account cancelled to which they assured would be cancelled and refunded. Fast forward 2 months later, I see small amounts being taken out of my account every week since then. I reached back out to Woofsy to have these charges reversed immediately and the response I received was, "Before we can process your refund you have to complete a survey." So here's the survey. I dont recommend doing business with this company at all.
