I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering!We ordered from The Works 26th August (first order) - got a message from Evri quite quickly saying 2 parcels expected.One arrived (in good time) & the other still even to this day (3/10/22) says we’re (Evri) are expecting it?We queried the second parcel with the Works - it was thought to be lost so they were to send again. They didn’t know what contents were in the missing parcel so we had to do a check and email them a list. A couple of the things were no longer in stock so they refunded us.In the meantime I asked where the replacement part of the order was but they never replied again.On 23 Sep we got notification that Evri had the new parcel / 10 days ago - but it has not materialised - says it is delayed? Have emailed The Works again tonight (3/10/22). I have wasted so much time on this / ordering emailing checking order etc and still 6 weeks later part of the order not received which was needed for early Sep - really disappointed.
