Unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience with their customer service. I ordered a specific poster, and the colors are much more muted than the vibrant image on their website. I requested return instructions for a refund weeks ago but have received no response despite following up multiple times. I can't find a phone number for them. I hope they see this and respond soon...
