I'm absolutely disgusted with Youth Group and Duvet Flip. They preach about being "kind" and "inclusive," but they completely ghosted me after I told them I was epileptic and might need to work remotely.I applied for a video editor job, did all their tasks, and then once I mentioned my disability, they disappeared. I sent e-mails with no response, and even tried reaching out on LinkedIn, only for them to block me.This is beyond unprofessional; it's discriminatory and illegal. They're all about helping young people, but they couldn't even give me a chance? What a joke.I've reported them to the EHRC, and I hope they get what they deserve. Avoid this company if you value fairness and equality.
