I was initially worried after reading some of the comments below, but after speaking with someone at Youth Group, I couldn't disagree more with the statements. It’s clear that many of these comments are from individuals who may have been rejected from the process.Although I didn’t get the role I applied for, I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to applying for a job. The process was transparent, and I wasn’t asked for any unnecessary data, which is refreshing. What stood out the most was receiving detailed feedback — something so rare in today’s job market.Youth Group is doing things differently, and I respect them for it. It’s clear they genuinely care about creating opportunities for young people, even if you don’t end up landing the role.Highly recommend giving them a chance!
