Not sure why we were singled out with this thoroughly unprofessional service? Contacted Think Business Loans 8 days ago with a request for part financing for a used commercial vehicle purchase for which a deposit had been placed, banking syncing was set up next day with Think along with company bank statements and details of directors etc, the following day was told they have a lender lined and their terms were acceptable, then what happened???? no further contact?? multiple emails ignored, phone calls to their offices not returned, myself and the vehicle sales team left with no answers!No way I could recommend Think Business Loans after this service.
