I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my funded account.
I have observed actions on my account that indicate backend intervention. My Stop Loss (SL) was clearly set at 5213, yet the trade was closed at 5170. This execution is not consistent with normal market behavior or slippage conditions. Based on the chart and market movement at that time, such a difference is technically unjustified.
As a result of this issue, my account was marked as breached. This appears to be completely unfair and raises serious concerns about the integrity of account handling from your backend team.
I have already suffered the loss of a 100k account recently, and this current situation has caused further financial and emotional stress. I have always trusted ThinkCapital due to its reputation, but this incident has deeply damaged that trust.
If this matter is not properly reviewed and resolved with transparency, I will be left with no option but to escalate the issue publicly. My community and I are prepared to discontinue working with ThinkCapital and highlight this issue across social media platforms to ensure awareness among other traders.
I request:
1. A full investigation of my account activity.
2. A detailed execution report of the trade in question.
3. A clear explanation of how my SL was removed or bypassed.
4. Immediate review and fair resolution of my account breach.
