WARNING: Think Capital is a complete scam. I paid $209 on January 28, 2026 for a challenge account, and over 33 days later, I still have nothing. My bank confirms that the payment was received by the company, yet they refuse to provide any service.
This is not a small mistake, this is theft. Support is useless, evasive, and clearly designed to trap your money while giving nothing in return. I have already filed a Visa dispute under “Service Not Received (Reason Code 13.3)” because this company has stolen my funds.
Do not, under any circumstances, send them money. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and have zero respect for their customers. If you value your hard-earned money, stay far away from Think Capital.
I repeat: this company is disgusting, fraudulent, and dangerous. Money sent to them is at high risk of being lost forever.
