I am enjoying the program.i have been using it and little over 6 weeks. It IS NOT A QUICK FIX! It is much more about unpicking habits, looking at your triggers, looking at the language you use around food and about yourself, and working on yourself than a diet, which is really working for me. Sandra is very down to earth and her videos are helpful. The Facebook group is good and very supportive as well. I am keen to see where this takes me!
