It seems that if you are considerably overweight and know nothing about nutrition so you eat unwisely - i.e. ultra processed foods, then this program could well suit you as I read lots of success stories on thier app.
However, if you already eat well i.e. eating whole foods 80% of the time (no fat-reduced or fat-free foods) then have the occasional chocolate, biscuit, cake, chips etc and are a few kilos overweight, like me, this won't work. Although I asked for help, they trotted out the same old stuff they encourage very overweight people to do ... whole foods, move more, stop when full etc etc... for someone who already knows that, it's very condescending. For people who've studied NLP, taken personal development courses and/or who've previously successfully harnessed the power of visualisation, it feels even more patronizing.
I've tried very hard to make this work over nearly 12 months but achieved zero weight loss and wasted a lot of time and money.
