I was with the summer bibliometrics cohort and this was my first time having any experience with not only coding/r-programming, but research as a whole, and I found it to be extremely beginner friendly. Some parts were tricky and took a while to figure out, but I think that future videos which go into a tiny bit more detail would be perfect. I was a research associate and even having never been a bibliometrics intern, I still found all the material accessible and was comprehensive and easy to break down and share with my team of interns. My group’s topic was the potential impact of oral medications meant to treat Type 2 diabetes on reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s. I 100% recommend interning with ThinkNeuro to anyone and everyone who’s interested, it’s an experience you’ll never forget!
