My team was super supportive and committed! I enjoyed being associate because it helped strengthen my leadership skills and presentation skills as I led team meetings each week. I like that associates had support from project managers and staff and being led by them while still having a leadership opportunity. Aside from leadership, skills I gained were R programming, communication, data extraction, and Excel/Google Sheets usage. I would do the program again if I got the chance and I would recommend the same for others!
