Then I was handed to Alex H, who was a great help, and informative, and gave conservative energy saving estimates rather than overblown as others have in the past.The install was very professional - they were early, professional, and clearly demonstrated the workings. They were respectful that I was working, and when the first install wasn't able to be completed due to rain, they promptly made a return date, which was sunny, and finished the job.
