The company does not offer any retroactive credit, even when the purchase was made within 48 hours and the product had not been received. Many retailers extend price protection as a standard courtesy in situations like this, which makes ThinOptics’ refusal particularly frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ThinOptics, as their customer service policies fall short regardless of the products offered.
