With long sportswear, I often felt restricted and stiff, which affected my flexibility and movement. I also felt guilty when brothers stopped to pray Salah and I couldn’t, wearing shorts above the knee. I love the 34ERS three-quarter design, particularly the gym/sports version. It still feels like wearing shorts, nothing too heavy below the knee, more like a leggings-style extension covering over the knee, which is exactly what I wanted. It gives me freedom of movement, comfort, and confidence while staying modest.Highly recommended!
