I ordered a table lamp shade, but this service sent pendant shades labeled as table lamp shades. As a result, the lampshade is too high on the lamp base and reveals the light fitting. Despite multiple emails with images, the support team has been unhelpful. I'm very disappointed after being impressed with the shades online.
