I have worked with a lot of lawyers for my company and the fees can be outrageous. This process was efficient from a cost POV but also very smooth - all online - didn’t need to print anything. I liked that they partner with Docusign for the identity verification and signing-- I can't stand paper documents.I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to avoid unnecessary legal fees, but who still wants the benefit and the security of having a lawyer represent you before you sign a legally binding document.
