The quality of the key caps is very good. Customer service (Emil) is excellent. Always responds to my emails very quickly. Delivery is the only issue really and that has nothing to do with the company. It will take a long time for the key caps to be delivered. After leaving China, it can take up to eight or nine days to be delivered. But as long as you know that, then it doesn't really matter. This is the second time I've used this company. I would be happy to recommend it.
