Very terrible service from Thomas Brown.Refused to book an appointment to view one of their houses. They said that our current house needs to be on the market and under offer for us to be allowed to view. I’ve never heard such arrogant comments before. Other estate agents booked us in without question.When I questioned their policy I was told that’s just how it is with them.They seem to think they are the only agents around. Every other agents I spoke to couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating. Immediately booked 3 viewings without hassle. Will not recommend or use them again.
