Throughout the conveyancing process our contact (Liz) was great at keeping us up to date with everything happening and we appreciated that she made the effort to speak to us on the phone instead of just over emails. Even small things like them congratulating us once exchange had taken place is a lovely touch. Overall, we've managed to reach exchange on our purchase in quite a timely period, aligning with our original agreed dates. Even when we had a delay due to a break in the chain they were proactive at helping us to resolve it and being transparent.
