Very good all round service. Staff were friendly and helpful, apart from time we did a viewing and the agent, a lady who had a Newcastle accent was rather rude in her approach towards us, but apart from her rather terse approach, everyone else was very helpful and friendly.I found them a little pricey, but did sell my property very quickly, which is the name of the game, so can’t complain. They would have got the full 5*s if it wasn’t for that one agent we experienced.
