Sellers be aware! We expressed an interest in viewing a property marketed by this firm based in Orpington, however after answering a few of their generic questions were advised that they are “Too busy to facilitate a viewing”. “Why” I hear you cry, we were advised as we have not got a firm offer on our current property. The property in question was first listed for sale; July 2019, a further 5 price fluctuations then followed, with properties typically selling within a few months, one would have thought that they would have been going above and beyond to shift it. Clearly not and one is left wondering what they are doing and telling the vendors....It begs the question. Good luck to the poor sellers and beware to the rest considering this firm.
