I would like to add that buyers please beware of Thomas Brown over-valuing your house; they do this to get your custom. The other thing is that they will tick the box on your contract which says you are allowing third parties to contact you, such as solicitors. We were surprised to receive unwanted 'phone calls. I looked at the contract that we had signed and the box had been ticked for us. This is downright deceitful and very unprofessional and I continue to look upon Thomas Brown with the very lowest regard. Avoid! ADDENDUM: the one thing I am not is a liar and my contract was definitely ticked by the Thomas Brown employee and not by me. This is a deceitful and unprofessional manner in which to carry on your business and you should be ashamed of yourself. I will also tell my tale to everybody that I know.
