From the first visit to discuss their services and valuation, to the photographs and viewings, they couldn’t have been better. They really came into their own during the progression period where Helen fascilitated all the necessary negotiations. The buyers mortgage took extraordinarily long and their legal conveyancers were amateurish at best yet Helen took it all in her stride and with good humour making the whole process less painful.
