Despite sending multiple written requests to cease such contact, there has been no effective action taken.This ongoing disregard for customer consent and privacy is unacceptable and potentially in violation of data protection and consumer rights standards. If this behavior continues, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities and pursue formal action.
