Thompson’s watches have great at least the first order went off without hitch. We have had a hitch on the last order not sure what happened, but theses folks have been great on trying to resolve the issues. The best I could tell the order was loose in the mail some where around Chicago. That was last time the routing number showed it had been. The great part of this is Thompson Watches was nice enough to reorder my order again, and this to me made them honest, and an business I was glad to do business with, good folks who care about there customers and not just customers but people as hold.
