I was referred to Thompsons by my union Unite and wish they never had. Over 3 years on and still no progress with my claim. Constantly having to chase for updates, individuals managing the case seem to leave the company regularly meaning I’ve had about 6 different case managers all as useless as the last. The company clearly do not have the capacity to manage their workload and the staff will not respond to calls or emails. Avoid and use a professional firm.
