I would have given zero stars if possible .I will say on here so they might get the message I CAN NOT ACCESS ATTACHMENTS IN EMAILS as I am registered blind and have a reader machine . The £100 offered for poor service is not being accepted and I will take this to the Ombudsman Too many mistakes made including typing errors and the best was the Legal Executive copying in a National newspaper for replies to be sent to . I have always said it was probably a mistake and not a computer glitch but Thompsons i feel have not addressed this properly even though I have had independent companies involved as to how this could have happened and sent the advice received to a partner to read and address so none else has to go through this . The person involved has now left Thompsons.I have lost faith in this firm and as a Union Solicitor they should learn to listen to clients , proof read letters and answer phone calls and emails .These problems could have been sorted out if Managers and Partners just listened and addressed the concerns immediately and realise mistakes happen and don’t just say “It can’t happen” as it did .I have tried today to reply to a email as requested and once again it has been returned with the message “incorrect email address” This is why I am sending this complaint to the Ombudsman . It makes dealing with this company a nightmare .
